Logistics parks · distribution centres
Maintenance at height for warehouses and logistics parks
Large roofs, high-bay racking, loading docks and constant traffic: we work without blocking aisles and docks for longer than necessary.
What we see in the sector
Halls with roofs of several thousand square metres, rooflights and smoke vents, long gutters and internal downpipes, and canopies over the docks where pigeons nest.
High-bay racking and forklift traffic make mobile platforms awkward indoors, and the operator cannot shut the warehouse for a repair.
How we fit in
- We work in sections, closing the aisles below only while work is under way
- Dock work is scheduled for low-traffic periods
- We follow the access rules of both the logistics operator and the park owner
- Separate reporting for landlord and tenant where needed

Frequently asked questions
Do you work for the park owner or the tenant?
Either. What matters is who orders the work and who approves access; we clarify both before quoting.
Can you respond quickly to a leak?
Tell us by phone where it shows and how bad it is. Scheduling depends on the weather and on work already planned.
Do you carry out pre-winter roof inspections?
Yes, with a photo report and a list of priority repairs.
