Safety and documents
For the client, safety also means paperwork: who is doing the work, by what method, with what rescue plan. Here is how we work and the legal framework we rely on.
How we organise rope access work
Two ropes, two anchors
Every technician works on a working line and a safety line, each anchored independently.
Rescue plan
Before the first descent we know how to get a colleague off the rope without waiting for outside help.
Exclusion zone
The area below the work point is cordoned off and signed for the whole job.
Inspected equipment
Personal equipment is checked before every use and withdrawn at the first sign of a defect.
The legal framework we work to
We summarise only provisions we have checked against official sources. The full legal text remains the reference.

Documents for your supplier file
Procurement and HSE departments usually ask for the same things: company details, team documents and job-specific documents. We send them by email on request rather than publishing them here.
For each job we agree at the technical visit which documents are needed on site, and the list goes into the quote.
This site shows only information we can back up. We do not display certification or insurance badges until the documents are published here.
- Company identification details (CUI 36497270, Trade Register no. J2016003303125, CAEN 4323)
- Method statement for the site
- Job-specific risk assessment
- Arrangements for rescue from height
Frequently asked questions
Can you send your documents before quoting?
Company details, yes, straight away. Job-specific documents are prepared after the technical visit because they depend on the site.
Do you work within the site safety plan?
Yes. We follow the coordination set by the client and send our method statement to the health and safety coordinator.
Who is responsible for the area below the work point?
We cordon it off; access into the cordoned area is agreed with the client, especially where there is pedestrian or vehicle traffic.
Got a job that is hard to reach?
Send us your request and we will come back with the right technical questions.
